好像很久沒有來推薦好用的軟體了，今年來分享一下自己常用的好用軟體，本次的主題是介紹電腦一開機就會常駐啟動的軟體。
在以前記憶體還很少的年代，總會因為安裝軟體時預設選項有個 開機自動啟動 的選項沒有勾選掉，造成開機後右下角常駐了一堆軟體。 造成電腦越來越緩慢，實際上有些軟體根本不會每次開機都會用到，卻常駐在那邊一直吃記憶體。 後來就比較仔細的篩選實際需要用到的軟體才讓它隨著系統自動啟動。
雖然現在的記憶體隨便都 8G/16G，對於一些小軟體啟動只佔去 5MB~10MB 的記憶體根本無感， 但總是自己決定有哪些軟體常駐在電腦上不是更好嗎！
這邊介紹的軟體都會附上明確的軟體版本，因為有時候雖然某個軟體很好用，但卻在之後的版本越加越多東西，最後終於成為大怪獸。 或是原來的版本其實是免費軟體，但之後卻變成付費軟體之類的，因此介紹的後面會附上我自己使用的版本。
桌面小工具側邊欄 Rainmeter + Desktop Coral
原來使用 Google Desktop 的桌面小工具，可惜 Google 於 2011/09 宣佈不再維護此軟體， 不然在此之前我也用了 2008-2016 將近 8 年的時間， 主要是可以在桌面上顯示 Sidebar，並加上一些有用的資訊或 RSS 標題。
後來發現了 Rainmeter 這個一般定義為桌面美化的軟體，我應該不只一次看過介紹這個軟體， 一直以來我也覺得它只是一個桌面美化的酷炫玩意。在仔細看過這個軟體的功能之後，發現它功能強大...絕對不單只是一個桌面美化用的軟體。 因此也打算用這個軟體來取代 Google Desktop，實際使用心得我覺得我可以再打一篇文章出來，不過暫時先簡單帶過吧。
首先 Rainmeter 除了 deviantArt 有許多漂亮酷炫的 Skin 之外，也有一些是走實用路線的。 例如安裝好之後裡面預設的 illustro 系列，就是中規中矩的 Skin。 想要學習如何微調 Rainmeter 透過這種 Skin 入門是最方便的了，不過其實官方也提供了非常詳細的 Doc 說明如何設定、建立 Skin 等等。
因為目標是要取代 Google Desktop，就先把原來有在使用的 Widget 在 Rainmeter 找看看有沒有現成的，如果沒有就自己做一個吧（雖然大部分的功能都可以在 deviantArt 找到的啦），只是有時候可能風格不一定是自己喜歡的。
先來看看原來的 Google Desktop Sidebar 與 Rainmeter 做出來的 Sidebar 差別：
原來的 Google Desktop 雖然也有提供一些小工具，而且到現在依然還是可以使用，只不過有些小東西無法微調。 如果想要加的功能沒有辦法找到，也無法變更原來小工具的一些行為。 再加上被 Google 給放生，除非真的覺得它已經很足夠，不然實在無法產生什麼變化，也不會再有新的 Widget 出現。
Rainmeter 本身提供類似 CSS 的設定一樣，可以針對特定元件指定高度、寬度、邊框粗細、顏色、字體等等， 只要稍微看過官方的文件說明，即可快速上手。 取代 Google Desktop 目前用到的東西，看上去有：
- 呈現日期與時間資訊
- 顯示目前 CPU RAM 的使用量
- 顯示 Disk IO 狀態
- 顯示網路使用狀態
- 呈現兩個 RSS 的標題資訊
大部分的功能 Rainmeter 都有提供 Plugins 可以直接讀取， 剩下的就只是把每一個面板改成自己想要的樣子，只要動手改一下 .ini 設定檔案，並把每個面板拉到固定的寬度，最後放成長條。 這樣即可有一個類似 Google Desktop 的 Sidebar，而且透過 Rainmeter 的 Plugin 能取到的資訊更多，多出來的東西有：
- Up Time 資訊
- 網路使用狀態的圖形化
- 對外 Public IP 資訊
- 比較佔用 CPU 的 Processes 清單
其他還有很多 Plugins 可以研究，不過看起來已經快滿了，想說保留一些空間，或許之後有什麼新的 Plugin 可以用。
到這裡其實已經有 Sidebar 的樣子了，不過就算在 Rainmeter 上把面板都置頂、或是置底， 會發現有一件事情跟原來的 Google Desktop Sidebar 不一樣，那就是在視窗最大化的時候，並不會預留 Sidebar 佔去的空間。 我花了一些時間找看到底要如何可以指定視窗最大化的大小，一直都沒用到正確的關鍵字搜尋。
不過最後終於被我找到了 Desktop Coral 這個軟體， 完全就是只有提供我需要的功能，將桌面視窗留下一個保留區。 只要配合這個軟體把透明度設為 0，並設定好跟 Rainmeter 做出來的 Sidebar 一樣的寬度，再設定 "Dock"，兩個軟體的搭配完美結合， 即可取代掉原來的 Google Desktop Sidebar 了。

系統排程軟體 System Scheduler
因為我的電腦都是 24H 開機，有些需要定期做的工作，會交給系統排程自動觸發執行。 但是 Windows 本身的排程又不好用，重灌什麼的彈性也不大，因此才使用 System Scheduler 這套軟體來管理排程。
目前這個軟體已經來到 v4.41 版，我用的版本仍然是 v3.61 這應該是 2006 的版本了，他的特點是免安裝、小巧設定簡單， 對排程相關的設定功能也很足夠，最重要的是排程軟體必須要有十足的穩定性，在我用了 10 年的軟體品質保證，從來沒遇過排程沒有觸發的情況。

擷圖軟體 WinSnap
常常會需要用到螢幕擷圖的人，應該也不會對 Windows 原生的擷圖功能滿意。 WinSnap 就是一套專門的擷圖軟體，應該是蠻多人推薦過了。 它沒有太多多餘的功能，重點是可以用熱鍵擷圖全螢幕、特定視窗、指定範圍等功能，擷圖完可直接設定自動存檔。 對於想要一口氣擷圖很多張，最後再一起整理的情況下特別好用。
這個軟體後來的版本是要收費，不過個人使用也只須 USD $29.95 相當划算。

工具列不分組 可排序 7+ Taskbar Tweaker
7+ Taskbar Tweaker 是用來自訂工作列的工具， 我主要只拿來讓下面的視窗不要分組、不要合併用，其他功能幾乎都沒有用到。 因為目前沒有找到其他小程式可以完成這項工作，如果有人知道也希望可以介紹一下。

剪貼簿歷史 Ditto
Ditto 是一個剪貼簿管理的小程式，可以幫 Windows 只有一組暫存剪貼簿的功能， 加上多組記憶剪貼簿，加上多組剪貼簿的功能，這樣就可以一次複製多個來源之後，一口氣到需要用到的地方再選擇性貼上。 用過多重剪貼簿之後，還真的很難習慣只有一組剪貼簿的電腦呢...

多螢幕工具列 Actual Multiple Monitors
只要會用到多螢幕的人，應該都會需要一個多螢幕專屬的工具列延伸工具， Actual Multiple Monitors 就是用來達到這個功能的。 它可以讓 Windows 下方的工作列延伸到第二螢幕，讓開的視窗多的時候，也可以在相同螢幕的下方工具列上，顯示這個視窗的標題。 而不會全部佔用在主要螢幕的下方，變得很難找。
雖然這個軟體也有許多其他有的沒的功能，但是因為嘗試了許多延伸螢幕工具列的軟體之後， 只有這套軟體的彈性最大，也最符合我的需求。 不過它的視窗黏附功能還不錯用，是我同時也有啟用的功能之一。 這個軟體也是要錢的， USD $24.95 相信可以提昇工作效率絕對划算。
用雙螢幕的設備已經十幾年了，也嘗試過很多別的多螢幕工作列軟體，從 Windows XP 到現在的 Windows 7。 其實應該應該還可以弄一篇多螢幕工作列的比較文章，不過好像 Windows 8 本身就內建延伸工作列的功能， 只不過我還沒有升級到 Windows 8 就是了...

記住桌面圖示位置 DesktopOK
DesktopOK 是用來記憶桌面圖示的軟體， 因為一直都使用雙螢幕，桌面的圖示都有經過特別的調整，把一些不同群組的捷徑放在不同的區域。 有時因為設備測試或其他原因，螢幕解析度會暫時性的變更，Windows 總是很聰明貼心的幫你重排整個桌面的圖示位置， 造成切換回原來的狀態時，圖示位置全部跑掉了...。
透過 DesktopOK 這個軟體可以自動幫你備份桌面圖示的位置，除此之外這個軟體是還有一些雞肋的奇怪功能... 例如日曆、隱藏滑鼠游標、快速啟動工作管理員等，反正沒用到就先不理它了。 事實上還沒寫這個記錄文章之前，我壓根不知道它居然還有日曆功能= =

檔案搜尋工具 Everthing
這個檔案快速搜尋工具 Everthing 會在啟動時建立檔案索引，因此搜尋功能非常快速，
最重要的是它支援搜尋檔名、路徑、區分大小寫、正則表達式等多種搜尋方式，我最常使用的應該就是搜尋 project-*.psd 類似這樣，
只需要記得檔名上面有什麼關鍵字，以及要找的副檔名，即可快速過濾出所有在電腦裡面的檔案。
當然也可以設定排除的硬碟或目錄，加快建置索引的速度， 以我目前檔案的數量，每次開機啟動 Everthing 都得花上 1 分鐘來建立索引。 等待這麼一分鐘，換來每次找檔案的迅速絕對值得。
因為隨時讓它常駐於背景，所以如果有新的檔案加入、或是有檔案刪除的話，它都會即時的更新索引，會立即反應在搜尋結果上。 它本身還提供 HTTP/FTP 的 Server 功能，啟動的話可以遠端搜尋並下載檔案，不過我個人是覺得這功能在一個檔案搜尋軟體上很多餘就是了。
快速啟動工具 PStart
這個軟體也是用了 10 年了，它是一個小巧的檔案啟動器，在免安裝軟體越來越多的情況下， 要從上百個軟體中快速找到想要啟動的軟體，就靠 PStart 的介面將各種軟體分門別類分好， 當然如果記得軟體名稱的話也可以用上面介紹的 Everthing 直接快速找到硬碟中存放檔案的位置。 只不過有時候同個軟體可能會放兩三個不同版本的免安裝軟體，透過單純資料夾分類的話，就變成每次都要移動檔案位置。
只要在 PStart 中設定好資料夾，並將想要快速啟動的軟體分門別類的拉進去（對，拖曳進去即可）， 即可在想要找某個軟體，知道它的用途但卻忘記了軟體名稱叫什麼時，透過分類好的選單回憶並找到軟體啟動。 比較特別的是 PStart 的本身也是免安裝軟體，以前有些人把這個軟體拿來作為隨身碟裡面的快速啟動選單。 因此加入到快速選單裡面的所有檔案程式，都是以相對路徑（相對於 PStart.exe 的路徑）來記錄。 所以如果有換了電腦、換了整個免安裝軟體存放的路徑，都不會影響這個軟體的運作。
用資料夾分類軟體的缺點是如果想要在不同資料夾同時出現兩個相同的軟體，就是必須複製兩份。 當然也可以使用 Windows 本身提供的捷徑功能，不過它預設是使用絕對路徑的，少了那麼一點彈性。 透過 PStart 可以把相同的軟體放在不同的選單內，或是重複出現、設定標籤等等， 雖然有一些其他的附屬功能，不過主要我還是拿它來當作軟體管理快速啟動的工具。

快速鍵啟動自訂軟體 Hot Key Plus
如果真的不想開出上面介紹的 Everthing 軟體，也不想把軟體透過 PStart 放到快速啟動清單，更不想把軟體圖示放到桌面上， 那麼最快的方法就是直接使用快速鍵啟動特定軟體了。透過 Hot Key Plus 這個小巧的軟體， 可以輕鬆達成這個目的。它的執行檔只有 20KB，超輕量，執行時佔去記憶體也僅 5MB。 只是設定了快速鍵啟動軟體又是考驗腦容量了...，如果都記錯的話，就會叫不出來想要的軟體...

這個 Sizer 也是出自於上面那個 Hot Key Plus 的公司之手，它們的軟體都很小巧輕量啊！ Sizer 主要是在變更視窗大小時，可以直接顯示目前的視窗的寬度跟高度，
